The VTuber company WACTOR which began in 2019 has released a statement which includes the personal Twitter information of one of their former talents Shino Laila.
Shino Laila debuted in May 2021 as part of WACTOR. In a recent statement, WACTOR released Laila’s real name Spitchaya Waradee and claims that she engaged in defamatory activities which allegedly “caused damage” to the company.

According to WACTOR, they plan to seek damages from Waradee and also included a screenshot of Waradee’s personal Twitter. While this may seem similar to the contract termination of Hololive’s Uruha Rushia, Hololive didn’t publicize any personal information of their talent.
At Nicchiban we take the proliferation of personal information seriously and wouldn’t post this unless the person themselves confirmed and commented on it which you can see below.
Since this is published by the company itself, so apparently it looks like I have the right to say I am, I mean, I WAS Shino Laila?

Unlike the Hololive case, it appears that WACTOR is seeking damages through both Japanese and Thai courts. However according to some fans, the personal life of “Shino Laila” should remain personal, not publicized on Twitter.
