The Museum of the Bible and Australian Christian pop duo for KING & COUNTRY are hosting a virtual Christmas concert beginning tomorrow, December 10th, to celebrate the holiday.
While COVID-19 restrictions still loom, the Museum of the Bible opted to provide a way for families to experience a journey with the little drummer boy through national landmarks, right into the Museum of the Bible itself.
Titled simply A Silent Night, the new virtual Christmas concert will star the award-winning for KING & COUNTRY and guest vocalist Franni Rae Cash from another popular group We The Kingdom.
Lots of game developers and publisher have celebrated Christmas typically with snow-themed or Santa Claus-themed content, or more. We’ve rarely covered virtual concerts like this outside of virtual YouTubers, so it’s refreshing to see an iconic holiday get a proper virtual concert.
Alongside the aforementioned performances from both for KING & COUNTRY and guest vocalist Franni Rae Cash, the event will also reveal new scenes from the critically-acclaimed series based on the life of Jesus Christ, The Chosen.
As the virtual experience unfolds and explores the Museum of the Bible, scriptures come to life around the drummer boy. The entire experience is completely synched with music and performances from both for KING & COUNTRY and Franni Rae Cash.
Here’s a teaser trailer for the virtual event:
If you’re interested in virtually watching A Silent Night, you can purchase virtual tickets over on the event’s website. It’s worth disclosing that all proceeds from A Silent Night benefit Museum of the Bible.
