Virtua Fighter 3tb Online

Sega has announced Virtua Fighter 3tb Online, a new fully online re-releases of their classic fighter made for arcades.

Virtua Fighter 3tb Online is launching on November 28th in Japanese arcades, and as the name suggests, adds online play based on the netplay from Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown, or as it’s known in Japan: Virtua Fighter esports.

Virtua Fighter 3tb was originally released back in 1997 with a focus on team battles, hence the “tb” suffix, where the teams fight each other one at a time. Virtua Fighter 3tb was one of the launch titles for the Sega Dreamcast in Japan, but missed the legendary western launch in North America.

Alongside the addition of online play in Virtua Fighter 3tb is the news that the game will also receive new balancing and even new skills for the character roster.
