Bandai Namco has shared a new animated intro for God Eater: Resurrection.

Featured above, the Ufotable-produced anime intro introduces the games main characters, including Johannes von Schicksal, Lindow, Soma, and Tsubaki roughly six years before the events of the game itself.

God Eater: Resurrection takes place in the near future, in the year 2065, and has three God Eater recruits fighting off nasty aragami in the region which used to be known as Russia.

God Eater: Resurrection is launching for both PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PC in both North America and Europe sometime this summer.
