NIS America has shared a new trailer for Disgaea 4 Complete+.

Featured above, the new trailer re-introduces Valvatorez, the man that intends on changing the face of politics in the Netherworld.

Here’s a brief blurb on the character:

Disgaea 4 Complete+ is launching for PlayStation 4 on October 29th in North America and Europe, and on October 31st in Japan.
