Need to build a Servant Coffin but there’s no Greater Blood Essence in sight? Don’t worry, we know how to make it.

The first step towards creating Greater Blood Essence is to make a Blood Press, which will serve as your blood-related crafting station.

To make a Blood Press players only need to refine wood into 8 planks, as well as collect some stone from any nearby deposit.

The next step is to find Unsullied Hearts, which have a chance to drop from V Blood carriers. The Alpha Wolf and other early bosses are your best chance at acquiring these.

The Blood Press crafts it at a 4:1 ratio, which means you need at least 4 Unsullied Hearts to make one Greater Blood Essence.

It is worth noting that players later in the game are able to turn 200 regular Blood Essence into 1 Greater Blood Essence, but it’s only possible after defeating Tristan the Vampire Hunter, a high level V Blood carrier.
