Grave Dust is an important early resource in V Rising, but how are you supposed to get it?

Grave Dust is one of the materials needed for the Stone Coffin, an important early piece of progression in V Rising, but it can be difficult to acquire without decent gear and weapons.

The best way to acquire some Grave Dust is by fighting undead enemies at the many cemeteries spread around the game.

If the cemetery is too tough for you at the moment, then consider luring a group of human enemies inside of it. They’ll fight against the undead on their own and leave behind the materials for you to collect.

Grave Dust can also be acquired by refining bones in the grinder machine, but that’s unlocked later in the game after killing a specific V target.

Players looking for the Grave Dust recipe need to kill Goreswine the Ravager, a level 27 carrier of V Blood who will get players started in the Unholy talent tree, as well as general necromancy.
