Untitled Goose Game Has Sold 1 Million Copies Worldwide

Panic Publisher has announced that Untitled Goose Game has sold 1 million copies worldwide, only a few months after release.

Untitled Goose Game‘s developer, House House, released the game in September of this year on PC and Nintendo Switch. It blew up seemingly overnight, with fans creating all sorts of wacky and wild memes, even going so far as to mod the Goose himself into Resident Evil 2.

The co-founder of Panic, Cabel Sasser, tweeted the following on December 30th:

It seems impossible, but last week, three months after launch, Untitled Goose Game passed one million copies sold. From the bottom of our hearts: thank you for playing our videogame. The reaction was beyond anything we could have imagined. The fan art, the writing, yes the memes, protest signs, Chrissy Teigen, Muppets?! It feels once-in-a-lifetime. We hope we brought some joy into your life, because you brought so much into ours. And we’ll never forget it.

Untitled Goose Game is now available on Playstation 4 and Xbox One as well, allowing you to be a troublesome goose on just about every platform.
