The kickstarter for Unsung Story: Tale of the Guardians has gotten some of its stretch goals re-arranged. It seems fans were complaining that the handheld goals were a bit too steep, and Playdek listened to their pleas.
The Playstation Vita stretch goal was originally at $1.8 million, now it has been lowered to just one million, while the Nintendo 3DS goal was lowered from $2.8 million to just $1.5 million. What’s interesting is that the new Playstation Vita stretch goal is also shared with bringing famed composer Hitoshi Sakimoto on board to compose the game’s soundtrack.
Playdek also added a Playstation 4 stretch goal at $1.25 million, a goal that is curiously lower than the 3DS one. Perhaps this is them alluding to the much echoed statement that the Playstation 4 is a breeze to develop for? Currently the kickstarter is sitting at just shy of $400,000 dollars, a full two thirds of their initial $600,000 dollar goal.
