Umihara Kawase BaZooKa!

The release date for party game Umihara Kawase BaZooKa! on Windows PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 has been announced.

Using the “rubber fishing hook” elasticated swinging mechanics from the Umihara Kawase platforming games, up to four players online or locally duke it out. Along with flinging themselves around, players can blast each other with cannon balls, rockets, and other explosives.

Announced back in 2019, the game’s first trailer since Tokyo Game Show 2019 has been revealed. ININ Games have announced [1, 2] they will be bringing the game to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, while the game will be published by Success Corporation on Steam.

Much like the release date for Umihara Kawase Fresh! neither Success Corporation or developer Studio Saizensen has posted any announcement for BaZooka!‘s release date on their English websites or Twitter accounts as of this time of writing [1234].

However, Steam Database (a third party website dedicated to tracking changes on Steam’s database) notes the game’s release date was added to the store page on May 1st.
