Dangen Entertainment have released the gameplay reveal trailer for hack-and-slash action game Ultra Age. 

Set in the far future, Earth’s resources have run dry, and the ecosystem has been “changed” by a passing meteor. While some of humanity escaped to the space colony Orbital Arc, those who remained on Earth remained in The Shelter.

When The Shelter cut off supplies to the Orbital Arc; the latter makes one last desperate play to save humanity. A sword wielding warrior named Age is sent to Earth, to find the key to humanity’s salvation.

Players slash through foes in high-speed and stylish action, charging their blade for powerful moves and combos. Different foes will require different attributes and tactics, but you can always close the gap with your wire to yank small enemies towards you, or Quantum Warp straight up tot he bigger ones. The wire can also be used to traverse gaps and nab far-off items.

Use modules and gear to level up Age, gather and enhance your blades, and command your android to buff or heal you. While the trailer does not list the platforms, the footage itself uses PlayStation buttons on the UI (such as R1). The official official website also confirms a PlayStation release; but no distinction between PlayStation 4 or 5.
