Senran Kagura Official Design Works 05-04-15-1

We’ve learned that Udon Entertainment (via Siliconera) are publishing the Senran Kagura: Official Design Works art book in the United States.

This collection of gorgeous artwork comes with designs and works from Senran Kagura, Senran Kagura Burst, and Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus.

Fans can expect to see artwork by Nan Yaegashi, which runs the gamut of pinups, in-game artwork, character profiles, character designs, and of course, interviews with the staff at Marvelous.

A release date was not mentioned – but we’ll keep you guys posted.

I wonder if it will have ages in it like the NA release of the manga did.

Hope there’s nothing Clam Dip Flow tier here though.

The franchise has come a long way.
And to think it almost didn’t make it out of Japan because they were afraid of how some people would get offended by it.

And people DID get offended by it, but they kept putting them out anyway, and that’s something to be admired.

I’m definitely interested in this art book. If it’s reasonably priced, I might pick it up.

    True that.
Once again proof a vocal negative minority can’t hold a medium hostage once people learn to ignore them.

That’s the same date that Amazon lists it as.

Tempting, very tempting. I do love the character designs in the SK series. Really need to get my hands on a Vita at some point.

The Kiseki book was horribly translated. “Clam Dip Flow” stands out as not only being a bad translation, but a typo (You could see how someone who didn’t know what they were doing would see “CALm Dip Flow”) and utterly hilarious besides.
