An anime adaptation of Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister has been officially announced.

Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister follows Uryuu Kamihate, a young man trying to one day attend medical school. After the death of his mother, he’s put up in a foster home at a local temple; but once he’s there he learns he’s expected to marry one of the priest’s daughters and inherit the temple instead.

Trying to balance his dreams of medical school, along with three girls who want to marry him and the expectations of his foster family, Uryuu will have to figure out what he wants in life.

The series began as a manga in 2021 and is currently ongoing; it’s published in English directly by Kodansha.
