Publisher Annapurna Interactive and developer Nomada Studio have announced Twelve Minutes is coming to Switch, PS4, and PS5 in December 2021.

Twelve Minutes is coming to Switch, PS4, and PS5 on December 7th, following the game’s original release across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S back in August 2021.
