Trion Worlds have announced that the Delves update has now been released for free to play user-generated content MMO Trove.
As stated in the press release, the new Delves game mode have players delve into procedurally generated worlds to battle with monsters and bosses for loot, in the depths of the Geode.
Up to eight players can fight off against enemies tailored to match their power level across three modes. For example, Challenge-Delves have a leaderboard.
Popular challenge rewards originally part of the Shadow Tower are now in Delves, along with a new tier of gear (Crystal 4). The update also coincides with other improvements. “For instance,” the press release explains, “the Tomb Raiser class has been enhanced and overhauled for pure soul-summoning combat power.”
