Sony has revealed the Playstation Plus freebies for the month of June.
Alongside the confirmation of the new games, Sony announced that it will be streamlining the number of available games each month, providing two games across Playstation 3, Playstation 4, and Playstation Vita.
There’s a caveat here that needs to be paid attention to, however, as they’re also going to constrain the amount of time you’ll have to redeem each game, once it has been made available on Playstation Plus. Instead of us playing guessing games as to which games will be available when (also part of the fun), every game in the instant game collection will be available on the first of the month, and they will no longer be available on the first of the following month.
The free games for June are as follows:
- Trine 2: Complete Story (PS4)
- PixelJunk Shooter Ultimate (PS4)
- NBA 2K14 (PS3)
- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3)
- Terraria (PS Vita)
- Mutant Mudds Deluxe (PS Vita)
To me, this simply makes sense as have of the time I personally wouldn’t keep track of which games were available when, because it was just confusing.
So what do you guys think? Does it make more sense for Sony to just release all the games at once, and remove them all for a fresh start every month? Also, what games are you looking to finally pick up?
