Nepro Japan is vying to become an excellent producer of games in both quality and scale, via both tri-Ace and their other subsidiary, Mobile & Game Studio. Despite their final goal being superb game creators, they have divided this up into four parts:
- Obtain a high satisfaction rate (from both publishers and players)
- Pioneer new technology
- Foster new talent and hires
- Pursue bigger scale and profits
