Paramout Pictures has finally revealed the debut trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, the next live-action film in the franchise.
Set in 1994, the new film stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, with Peter Cullen returning to voice Optimus Prime alongside newcomer Optimus Primal, who is voiced by Ron Perlman.
Here’s the synopsis on the film: “Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.”
Originally announced back in 2021, the film is a direct sequel to 2018’s Bumblebee spinoff, as well as a film adaptation of the popular Beast Wars branch of the franchise.

Lastly, a premiere date for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was also confirmed – it will kick off in theaters on June 9, 2023.
