Korean developer Com2uS has announced TOUGEN ANKI: Crimson Inferno, a new RPG based on the popular manga and soon-to-be-premiered anime of the same name.
The new RPG is in development for Windows PC and smartphones, and will get its full reveal at this year’s Tokyo Game Show from September 25th through the 28th.
While details are scant, the new game will “brings the series’ rich story and dynamic characters to life” with “immersive 3D graphics and direction that capture the feel of the anime.”

The game is currently in development based on the TV animation TOUGEN ANKI, which is adapted from the popular manga of the same name and set to air this July. With over 4 million copies in circulation, the IP has gained significant popularity, drawing strong anticipation for both the upcoming animation and the game.
Built as an RPG, TOUGEN ANKI: Crimson Inferno faithfully brings the original’s rich story and dynamic characters to life while delivering a unique gameplay experience. The game will feature immersive 3D graphics and direction that capture the feel of the anime, and will be released as a cross-platform title for both mobile and PC.
The new anime series, by Studio Hibari, is set to premiere on July 11th via Nippon TV in Japan and Netflix globally.
