• Thunderful selling Headup Games back to its original founder

    Thunderful Group has announced they’re selling off Headup Games in a new €500,000 deal, returning ownership of the company to its original founder.

    The new deal will transfer ownership of the company from Thunderful to Microcuts Holding, a legal entity owned by Headup founder Dieter Schoeller.

    This divestment started to be evaluated back in November 2023 as part of Thunderful Group’s new strategy focusing on publishing fewer yet bigger titles.
