Cloud Imperium Games have revealed a trailer for a new model of the Aurora ship from Star Citizen, the crowd funded space sim that keeps printing money.

Star Citizen just passed its first birthday, while also surpassing the $22 million mark, adding in facial motion capturing to the game’s development – meaning the character models will probably be as pretty as the spaceships are.

The trailer for the Aurora 2944 also shows off how modular ships are, and how much you can customize them. You can check out the trailer for the Aurora LN (Legionnaire) in all of its glory below:

This trailer is completely in-engine, meaning nothing you see there is pre-rendered or behind smoke and mirrors. Crazy? Yes. Beautiful? Yes.

Star Citizen also just got another stretch goal, if the game passes $24 million they’ll add an expanded transportation system, adding in even more ships like charter ships, flyable shuttles, long range transports,  and star liners.
