Theme Hospital is Completely Free on EA’s Origin

theme hospital 01-20-15-1

Theme Hospital, the clinical entry in the classic Theme series, is free on EA’s Origin platform for a limited time.

Released back on March 31st, 1997, Theme Hospital is one of those simulators with a tongue-in-cheek dose of satire. A successor to Bullfrog Productions’ earlier game, Theme Park, the game sold over 4 million copies worldwide. The game also saw a release on the original PSOne a year later, and more recently got a Playstation Network release in 2010.

While EA is offering the game on their Origin service at no extra cost, we’re not sure how long this deal will last for. If you miss the days of old with isometric simulator/management games, you owe it to yourself to give the game a whirl, for free.

Yeah, remind us of the good games Bullfrog used to make, before EA gutted them.
