Square Enix has finally updated and re-uploaded The World Ends With You: Solo Remix onto the App Store.

The game was broken for months following the iOS 8 update, and Square Enix promised to update the game to work with the latest OS.

For those wondering what the iOS version (it’s on Android, as well) entails, it’s a touched up version of the Nintendo DS original, although it drops the dual screen functionality. There’s also some more songs, as well as updated visuals.

The new version of The World Ends With You: Solo Remix, version 1.21, is now available on the Japanese App Store. We’ll let you guys know when it’s up on the North American App Store.
