Sony has revealed their latest financial report for their hardware, and the results are somewhat staggering.

The report is clear – the Playstation 4 has outsold the Xbox One for the sixth month in a row, and we’ve gotten a few more metrics to throw at you as well. Not only is the PS4 still on top, at this point both the PS4 and PS3 have outsold the Xbox 360 and Xbox One three to one, in Q1 of this year.

Sony did not confirm how many PS3’s versus PS4’s were sold, instead they opted to state that combined sales totaled 3.5 million units in the first quarter of this year. In comparison, last year there were sales amounting to roughly 1.1 million units in the same period.

Microsoft’s financial report declared that in their first quarter, a total of 1.1 million Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles were shipped, meaning the aforementioned Playstation consoles have outsold both the Xbox platforms, three to one.

Lastly, Sony confirmed that ¥257.5 billion (roughly $2.5 billion dollars) were earned in sales from Sony’s Games & Network Services division, numbers that are clearly from the launch of the PS4.
