Publisher Ubisoft and developer Evil Empire announced a release date for The Rogue Prince of Persia on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.

The Rogue Prince of Persia is coming to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on December 16th alongside the reveal of a physical edition for Switch, Switch 2, and PS5. The latter will launch on April 10th, 2026.

The new roguelike entry in the franchise has been available for Windows PC (via Steam, the Microsoft Store, the Epic Games Store, and the Ubisoft Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, and PS5.

“We’re thrilled to bring The Rogue Prince of Persia to Nintendo Switch players,” said Evil Empire game director Lucie Dewagnier in a press release. “The game’s fast-paced action and replayability make it a perfect fit for hybrid play. We can’t wait to see players dive into the Prince’s journey on the go.”
