Developer Genius Sonority has confirmed the final release date for The Denpa Men 3: Rise of the Digi Toll in both North America and Europe. The game will come on May 8th in both territories, and it will also be preceded with a demo.

The demo will arrive on the 3DS eShop on May 1st, and players will be able to transfer their save data progress from the demo into the full game once it’s released.
