• The PS4 Beta for Planetside 2 is Coming “In the Next Few Months”

    We’ve known that Planetside 2 is coming to PlayStation 4 sometime early next year, but we still haven’t seen any kind of beta for enthusiasts to help optimize the game for its full release on the platform. Until now.

    In a confirmation via John Smedley, the President of Sony Online Entertainment, a PS4 beta for Planetside 2 was confirmed to be coming “in the next few months.” He even took to Twitter with a picture of the game running natively on the hardware:

    Planetside 2 has been available on PC since November 20th of 2012, so we’re quickly approaching the two-year anniversary of the game. Perhaps we’ll get a release date confirmation at Sony’s big PlayStation Experience convention, next month?
