The Ninja Warriors: Once Again Launches July 2019 in Japan, PS4 Version Added

Publisher Taito and developer Natsume Atari have announced a release window for The Ninja Warriors: Once Againas well as another platform the game is planned for.

The upcoming remake is launching sometime in July of this year in Japan for Nintendo Switch, alongside the now-confirmed PlayStation 4 version.

About The Ninja Warriors: Once Again?

Based on the 1994 game The Ninja Warriors: Again, which is an arrangement of the 1987 arcade game The Ninja Warriors for the Super Famicom, The Ninja Warriors Once Again, is a remake made by the Tengo Project main staff, who brought fans the original games. The 16-bit style remains as is, and the resolution of the characters, the number of patterns, etc. are greatly enhanced to match the latest hardware! In addition to two new characters being added, it is new game equipped with a two-player cooperative mode that could not be realized in The Ninja Warriors Again.

New Characters

In addition to the 3 characters that appeared in the Super Famicom version, the new characters “Yaksha” and “Raiden” will make their first appearance in this game!
