Hit Maker, the developer behind several titles such as Last Rebellion, Dino Crisis 3, and Dragoneer’s Aria, filed for backruptcy in Tokyo District Court.

Although it’s always sad to see any company go under, Hit Maker’s games never caught a break, with Last Rebellion being the biggest flop in 2010.

Here’s hoping that no other companies fall under the bar, as it seems to be happening fairly often over the past few years.
