The Last of Us TV show gets first yet brief footage

The Last of Us TV

It’s been nearly a year since we got the first photos of The Last of Us TV show and over two years since its reveal, but now we finally have some footage from HBO.

The first look at the show, which stars Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, and Nick Offerman as Bill, was shown towards the tail end of HBO’s sizzle reel for all their new stuff in the coming year.

Coming in around 1:40, the roughly twenty seconds of footage doesn’t give us much to go on but naturally the show will include guns, infected, violence, somber music, and naturally some lame writing saying humans are the actual monsters.

Here’s the first look:

Sony and HBO’s The Last of Us TV show reportedly entered filming in July of 2021, so its likely we’ll get a premiere date sometime this fall or winter?

A premiere date for HBO’s The Last of Us TV show isn’t confirmed, however we’ll keep you guys posted.
