Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Naughty Dog have claimed the much delayed The Last of Us standalone multiplayer is still coming.
News that the standalone multiplayer is still coming arrived at this year’s Summer Game Fest, where the studio revealed new artwork, which you can view above.
The artwork was shared by Naughty Dog president Neil Druckmann who teased up The Last of Us standalone multiplayer as something the size of their single-player games, and apparenty has a new cast of characters, alongside a new location elsewhere in the United States.
The latest game, The Last of Us Part II, has been available for PlayStation 4 since 2020.
