Stardock Entertainment have put out a pretty sizable update for Galactic Civilizations III, their 4X turn based strategy game that is currently on Steam Early Access.

The game is a sci-fi 4X strategy experience in which you can play as a multitude of races, all of which featuring their own military, technology, and ideologies. Now, the Krynn Syndicate has joined the Terran Alliance, Drengin Empire, Altarian Resistance, and finally the Iridium Corporation.

Also patched into the game is the ability to divvy out diplomacy to your rival factions. You’ll also be able to now engage in commerce with your rivals, as well as sanction embargoes on them, enact galaxy altering edicts, and even face the repercussions of the very same edicts from the elected council.

Galactic Civilizations III is available on Steam for $44.99, a 10% discount from its $49.99 dollars.
