SNK Corporation has announced the launch window for The King of Fighters XV season 2, as well as its next playable character.
The latest in their fighting game franchise will kick off its season season in January 2023, starting with new character Shingo Yabuki. He will be added alongside a character balancing update.
After that, fans can expect the game’s crossplay open beta to kick off in spring 2023, alongside the next playable character, Kim Kaphwan. More updates and characters are planned, too.
The King of Fighters XV is available now on Windows PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. We also have a review for the game here as well.
