The first trailer for PriPara & Pretty Rhythm, the new crossover 3DS rhythm game by Syn Sophia, streamed recently. You can watch it above.

The rhythm game features two modes: PriPara Shows, and Prism Shows. This being a crossover game, Laala of PriPara will be able to participate in Prism Shows, and characters from Pretty Rhythm Aurora Dream will be able to enter PriPara‘s world.

The game includes an original story, which follows Laala Manaka, PriPara‘s heroine, and Hiro Hayami, a character from Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, as they become Prism Show idols. Hiro will be the first ever playable male character in a Pretty Rhythm game.

PriPara & Pretty Rhythm: PriPara de Tsukaeru Oshare Item 1450! will be out in Japan on March 19th, 2015. A physical copy will cost 3,980 yen and and a downloadable copy will cost 3,480 yen; that’s around $35 and $30, respectively.
