• The First Official Screenshots of Hyrule Warriors Show off Link, Cia the Black Witch, Impa, and More

    Nintendo and Tecmo Koei have just released the first batch of non-watermarked screenshots for Hyrule Warriors, their mash up of Dynasty Warriors and The Legend of Zelda.

    We now know the game has at least two playable characters, the one handed sword wielding Link, and the heavy, two handed sword toting Impa.

    Players will see the action taking place on various locales from the Legend of Zelda series like Hyrule Plains and the Lanayru Valley.

    Hyrule Warriors is set for an August 14th release in Japan, although a western release has not been confirmed yet. We’ll keep you guys posted.
