Publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer Zenimax Online Studios shared a new The Elder Scrolls Online 2022 roadmap for all its upcoming content.

As covered in our previous report for the game’s newly announced High Isle expansion, 2022 includes content throughout the year leading up to the Breton-focused expansion.


Just like previous years in the MMO, the 2022 content includes both free content updates to the base game, as well as paid DLC.

Starting this week the Ascending Tide DLC brings with it a set of new dungeons, alongside the new Update 33 that includes account-wide achievements, a deconstruction assistant – and multi-rider mounts!

Here’s the new The Elder Scrolls Online 2022 roadmap, thus far:

Ascending Tide DLC – March 14 (PC), March 29 (Consoles)

  • 2 New Dungeons: Coral Aerie & Shipwright’s Regre
  • 8 New Item Sets
  • New Collectibles, Furnishings & Dyes
  • New Achievements & Titles

Update 33 Base Game – March 29

  • Account Wide Achievements
  • 6 New PvP Item Sets
  • New PvP Outfit Style
  • New Furnishings
  • Deconstruction Assistant
  • Multi-Rider Mounts

High Isle Chapter – June 6 (PC), June 21 (Consoles)

  • New Zone: High Isle
  • 30 Hours of Unique Story Content
  • New Card Game System: Tales of Tribue
  • New 12-Player Trial: Dreadsail Reef
  • Two New Companions: Ember & Isobel
  • New World  Events: Volcanic Vents
  • New Item Sets
  • New Collectibles, Furnishings & Dyes
  • New Achievements & Titles

Update 34 Base Game – TBA

The Elder Scrolls Online is currently available across Windows PC, Mac (both via Steam), Xbox One, PS4, and Stadia – and more recently on Xbox Series X|S and PS5 as of July 2021.
