The DioField Chronicle gets Japanese release date in September 2022

Publisher Square Enix and developer Lancarse announced a Japanese release date for The DioField Chronicle, their throwback strategy RPG.

The DioField Chronicle is launching on September 22nd across Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. We’re awaiting on Square Enix western PR to confirm if the western date is the same – stay tuned.

A playable demo for the game is coming on August 10th, giving players a chance to see the first chapter of the game. Any save progress will transfer over to the full game when it launches.
