Developer White Rabbit has announced their Shadow of the Colossus meets Dark Souls metroidvania game, Death’s Gambit, is coming to both PC and Playstation 4 in 2016.

The game was fully revealed back in February of this year, and you can view a new trailer for the game featured above. Players can expect “non-linear, open-world game” in which you fight through a medieval planet filled with lots of horrors, knights, beasts, and more.

There will be larger-than-life bosses that will push you to your limits, and to think outside the box. The team is promising that combat will be “deep” to where you’ll always feel like you can improve your skills.
