So for awhile now, the creators of DJMAX have been teasing up their next project, which has been codenamed Project736T. The new studio, known as Nurijoy, is a reforming of many veterans from the DJMAX series, and it’s helmed by the former director of DJMAX, Planetboom. Thankfully, the guys at Nurijoy haven’t slowed down at all and have just announced their new game – Beatcraft Cyclon. The title looks to be in the same vein as the DJMAX series, both in sound, visuals, and in gameplay. You can see the debut teaser trailer above. Although we don’t see any gameplay, there is a short teaser at the very end of the game’s arcade cabinet, which just like the DJMAX arcade machines, has two screens. This is naturally featuring the visual screen up top, and the interactive one on bottom. At the tail end of the teaser, the video says “ARCADE THE FIRST,” meaning the game is confirmed for arcades only.
