Single on Valentine’s Day? No worries, Capcom got you covered with the Single’s Day sale.
The Single’s Day Sale is a yearly tradition for Capcom, where they discount their titles in solidarity for the lonely hearts out there.
Below are some of the titles we believe you should grab, and maybe they’ll even help fill the void:
Capcom Arcade Stadium Complete Pack
If you remember Capcom’s golden Arcade era then you are bound to remember some of the titles included in this package fondly.
The complete Arcade Stadium pack includes classics such as: Strider, Ghouls ‘n Ghosts, Bionic Commando, Street Fighter II, Final Fight, and more.
With more than 60 titles to choose from, the two Arcade Stadium packs are bound to give you a rush of nostalgia, as well as many hours of fun.
The Capcom Arcade Stadium Complete Pack is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam with a 76% discount).
Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Vol. 1 and Vol. 2
The Mega Man Battle Network series were some of the many titles stuck on Nintendo’s handheld consoles.
The first title in the series spawned from a cancelled horror game, and was developed by Capcom for the Game Boy Advance, back in 2001.
Thankfully, Capcom has rescued the series from Nintendo’s portable devices, bringing six games from the Battle Network series to modern consoles.
Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection
Known as one of the hardest 2D platformers in history, Ghosts ‘n Goblins managed to piss off an entire generation of gamers, and Capcom is bringing it back for a new generation to experience.
The game has been reimagined in a fairy tale storybook art style, and retains its insane difficulty, even adding some harder areas not present in the original game, like the Demon Realm.
Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection is a worthy remake of a classic, just make sure you don’t forget the most important thing: Get the knife.
Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam with a 67% discount).
Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection
Before working on the Gunvolt series, Inti Creates was known for their work on the Mega Man Zero games.
The Mega Man Zero games featured some heavy storylines, where players were dropped in the middle of a war between the humans and reploids.
The games featured the usual high difficulty of the Mega Man series, and managed to expand Zero’s character quite a bit, with each title featuring slight changes to keep things fresh.
The series started out in the Game Boy Advance, and eventually moved on to the Nintendo DS, with Capcom thankfully now making it available on modern consoles.
The Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection is available on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Microsoft Windows (through Steam with a 67% sale).
