We’ve learned (via Famitsu, Hokanko) that 5pb’s recently announced Plastic Memories game is a PS Vita release.

The game will launch on October 13th in Japan, and it will cost 7,344 yen at retail and 6,480 yen via download. There’s also a limited edition for 10,584 yen, however its contents were not confirmed.

Further details were revealed, namely the scenario being handled by Naotaka Hayashi, among others. The story will follow the anime mostly, however there will be new routes to pick from. Development on the PS Vita game is reportedly half complete.
