Bandai Namco announced Tekken 8 has topped 2 million copies sold already since its global release last month.

Tekken 8 is was just launched on January 26th, 2024 for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Check out our thorough review!

Bandai Namco noted the new sales “greatly outpace” its predecessor, Tekken 7, which is still being played and has the series’ highest total sales of over 11.8 million copies sold.

Further support for Tekken 8 will be rolled out, including its controversial in-game Tekken Shop, which will add customization items such as costumes from previous instalments, character skins for avatars, and licensed items from our collaborations.
