Publisher and developer Bandai Namco has announced the next Tekken 8 post-launch DLC character – Lidia Sobieski – and she’s launching for the game soon.
Lidia is the next DLC character for Tekken 8 and she’s launching sometime this summer as part of the game’s Season 1 content. Lidia made her debut back in Tekken 7 and is canonically the Prime Minister of Poland.
A whole host of new content was also announced alongside the new DLC fighter. The Tekken 8 free content roadmap was announced, it includes:
Spring 2024 – Adjustments to the battle system will be made as the development team continues to work on improving balance and player experience.
Summer 2024 – Players will receive a big free update this summer, including the “Seaside Resort” summer-themed stage as well as Photo Mode.
Fal 2024 – Another free update, a brand-new story will be added featuring Eddy Gordo.
TBA – Also announced were additional modes Ghost vs. Ghost and Online Practice, which will be added at a later date.
