Following the initial report that Take-Two Interactive is looking to acquire Codemasters, we’ve learned this morning both companies have announced they’ve agreed to an acquisition.
Both Take-Two Interactive and Codemasters have agreed to the acquisition, which will be completed sometime in the first quarter of next year.
