Nintendo has announced a price increase for the original Nintendo Switch in the United States, effective August 3rd.

The new price increases will affect Nintendo Switch – OLED Model, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite and select Nintendo Switch accessories.

Other products like certain Nintendo Switch 2 accessories, select amiibo, and the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo, will also get price increases.

The new pricing will not affect the Nintendo Switch 2, though Nintendo notes “price adjustments may be necessary in the future.”
