• Surprise! The New 3DS Will Still Be Region Locked

    Despite all of the new stuff coming out of Nintendo with the New 3DS, they are still using some age-old policies. Unfortunately for many western import-gamers, Nintendo confirmed that the New 3DS will still indeed be region locked. This is of course, true for the New 3DS XL as well. So, there will still be no use in importing 3DS titles, even with this pseudo-new generation.

    The New 3DS and New 3DS XL will both be available in Japan come October 11th, with the Western release date yet to be decided. Here’s hoping we won’t have to wait long.
