We’ve known that Pac-Man is confirmed the new Super Smash Bros. for awhile now, however we haven’t heard much about his appearance coming with anything else from his iconic and classic game.
That is until now, with a new port on the Miiverse by series creator Masahiro Sakurai, who posted the above screenshot, saying:
“This is one of the unique game features only possible in the 3DS version”
The new Pac-Mac stage will be exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS version of the game, and it will feature staple characters Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde. All of the aforementioned ghosts will be able to harm any fighters on the level, most especially Pac-Mac.
The stage is interactive as well, as if players consume 100 dots on the screen, power pellets will appear. If you eat one of those power pellets, just like in the original Pac-Man, the ghosts will become vulnerable, but only to the player who eats the power pellet.
Super Smash Bros. is hitting the 3DS on Oct. 3rd, and is set for the Wii U sometime this holiday.
