Super Robot Wars T Launches March 20 in Japan

Bandai Namco have confirmed the Japanese release date for Super Robot Wars T.

The game will be launching on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on March 20th 2019. While an Asian English version has been confirmed (for regions such as Singapore and Malaysia), no release date for those regions have been confirmed at this stage.

In addition, preorder bonuses have been revealed. These include Special Scenario Chapter 0: “Approval Number T1023” (a scenario before the first chapter that offers a special reward), a“Special Starter Pack” (containing 100k in funds, 1000 Tac Points, “Quark Boost” and “Force Reactor” upgrade parts), and a new original playable robot Gespenst.

The game will also come in a “Premium Anime Song & Sound Edition” for 12,600 yen for Japan. This special edition will include more in-game soundtracks based on the various franchise’s iconic shows. These include:

While you can change the background music on both versions of the game, the PlayStation 4 version will allow you to use your own .MP3 files on the console.

As with the majority of these English-subtitled Asian releases, our friends over at Play-Asia will be carrying them in stock for both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
