Super Motherload, a satirical, alternate Soviet history game that is completely about surviving and mining for precious resources in space, is finally out on PC via Steam. The game is a product of the Steam Greenlight program, as developer XGen Studios previously released the game on both Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 as a cross-buy title.
The game will be discounted 20% percent off via Steam, bringing it down to $11.99, from its original price tag of $14.99 dollars. As mentioned before, Super Motherload is set in an alternate Cold War, where the Soviets have taken to digging like maniacs on the Martian surface. The game supports up to four player co-op, and it has procedurally generated regions, as well as totally customizable abilities for each character.
The Steam release has a whopping 150 puzzles, up to four controller support via Big Picture, and it runs at a liquid smooth 60 frames per second, with a 1080p resolution. The modes of play include a single player campaign, and local co-op modes. You can view Super Motherload’s official Steam page here.
