Nintendo has confirmed the release date for Super Mario Maker.

The do-it-yourself Mario game will launch on Wii U on September 11th in both North America and Europe. Alongside the news for the game’s release was the confirmation of the previously leaked 8-bit Mario amiibo, which transforms your Mario into a Mario giant.

Finally, there’s also a “Costume Mario,” which transforms Mario into a different character when he acquires a mushroom, when tapped with a compatible Amiibo (like Link, Wii Fit Trainer, etc).
